The foundation established by Rajesh Pradhan and Kanchan Subba in Agripam, Sonitpur, on December 4, 2020, addresses the critical issue of inadequate access to quality education among underprivileged children in India. Recognizing the significant disparities in educational opportunities, particularly in government schools where teaching quality and resources are often lacking, the foundation aims to uplift these children by providing comprehensive support. This includes free or subsidized coaching, essential study materials, practical and technical education, and computer literacy. By fostering holistic development through extracurricular activities and career guidance, the foundation seeks to empower children with the skills and knowledge necessary to overcome barriers and secure better futures. Through community engagement, partnerships, and teacher training, the foundation strives not only to improve educational outcomes locally but also to inspire broader societal change towards equitable education access across similar marginalized communities..
